Amid cloud cover, the minimum temperature saw an increase except at a few places with Srinagar recording a low of 0.4\u00b0C against minus 0.6\u00b0C on the previous night. Today\u2019s minimum temperature, he said, was above normal by 1.1\u00b0C for the summer capital.
\nQazigund, he said, recorded a low of minus 3.0\u00b0C against minus 2.6\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 0.9\u00b0C below normal for the gateway town of Kashmir.<\/p>\n
Pahalgam, he said, recorded a low of 0.9\u00b0C against minus 1.5\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 5.2\u00b0C above normal for the famous tourist resort in south Kashmir\u2019s Anantnag district.<\/p>\n
Gulmarg recorded a low of minus 5.5\u00b0C against minus 7.0\u00b0C on the previous night and it was 2.1\u00b0C above normal for the world famous skiing resort in north Kashmir\u2019s Baramulla district, he said.<\/p>\n
Jammu recorded a low of 8.9\u00b0C against 7.2\u00b0C \u00b0C on the previous night. It was 0.5\u00b0C above normal for J&K\u2019s winter capital, he said.<\/p>\n
Banihal, he said, recorded a low of 1.8\u00b0C (above normal by 1.0\u00b0C), Batote 5.8\u00b0C (above normal by 3.7\u00b0C), Katra 9.5\u00b0C (2.5\u00b0C above normal) and Bhadarwah 2.4\u00b0C (3.0\u00b0C above normal).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
