The Enforcement Wing of Lake Conservation & Management Authority (LCMA) undertook a demolition drive in the areas of Lashkari Mohalla Friends Colony Chandpora Harwan Batpora Ishber Nishat and Saida Kadal.
During the drive, 04 Plinth, 04 Single storeys, 01 3rd storey and 03 2nd storeys were demolished/ removed. Moreover, illegal earth filling dumped in the area of Saida Kadal was also removed on spot.
Further, legal action against the violators was also initiated.
People in these areas have been warned not to resort to any illegal construction/ encroachments and were asked to get proper building permission from the competent Authority before taking any construction in hand.
